WautoAI provides an AI-powered SaaS platform that allows businesses to automate customer support and marketing through the WhatsApp Business API.

3. Third-Party Integration and Meta Policies

Our service utilizes the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using our service to send and receive messages, you explicitly agree to be bound by the:

• Meta Business Terms of Service.
• WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

We act solely as a technology provider. We are not responsible for any bans, restrictions, or account suspensions imposed by Meta due to your violation of their messaging or commerce policies.

4. User Responsibilities & Spam Prevention

You are solely responsible for all content sent through your WhatsApp Business Account via our Service. You agree that:

• You will obtain all necessary opt-ins and legal consents from your customers before sending them messages via WhatsApp.
• You will not use our Service to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or any content that violates the WhatsApp Commerce Policy (including the sale of restricted goods).

5. Liability & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our Service without prior notice if:

• Your WhatsApp Business Account is flagged for spam by Meta.
• You violate any of Meta’s messaging policies.
• You fail to pay subscription fees.
• You abuse the Service or use it for illegal activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WautoAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
