• Facebook/Meta Integration Data: Our application integrates with Meta Platforms, Inc. to provide WhatsApp messaging features. When you connect your Facebook/Meta account to our Service (via Embedded Signup), we request access to certain permissions (such as whatsapp_business_management and whatsapp_business_messaging). Through this integration, we collect and store:
  • Your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID.
  • Verified phone numbers attached to your WABA.
  • Associated business information required to operate the WhatsApp Cloud API.
  • Message templates and campaign metadata.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our Service. Specifically, data collected from your Meta account is processed to:

• Provision your WhatsApp Embedded Signup.
• Manage your WhatsApp message templates.
• Route outbound and inbound messages through the WhatsApp Business API on your behalf.
• Train and optimize the AI chatbot responses specific to your account (we do not sell your data to third-party AI models).

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification. We share data with Meta Platforms, Inc. strictly as required to facilitate the WhatsApp Cloud API integration.

5. Data Deletion & Revocation (Meta Requirement)

You have full control over your data.

• Revocation: You have the right to revoke our application's access to your Meta account at any time by navigating to your Facebook Business Integration Settings and removing our app.
• Data Deletion: You may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data stored on our servers at any time. To initiate a data deletion request, please email us at support@wautoai.online with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process and confirm the deletion of your data within 14 business days.
